The Cadets traveled to Parke Heritage Saturday evening and came out red hot, hitting 4 three pointers in the first quarter and jumping out to an 18-10 lead. The second quarter saw each teams offense struggle to find easy baskets. The Wolves won the quarter 8-6, bring the score to 24-20 going into halftime. Out of halftime the Cadets carried their defensive energy over to third quarter and held the Wolves to 4 points in the quarter. The Cadets would remain in control during a physical fourth quarter to hold off the Wolves with a final 43-35. MaKye Tharp lead the Cadets in scoring with 11 points. Brent Dixon contributed 8 points. 9 players scored for the Cadets. The win marks the 8th straight victory for the JV Cadets and improves their record to 9-3 on the season.
